This is an original painting by an unknown artist "M. Burger" and is a watercolor of a windmill (Netherlands style) and a house by a pond and a road. It is placed directly on the mat board behind it and is in a beautiful wood frame ( I think it is rosewood) that is in great condition. It was professionally framed as it is papered on the back and has eye screws and a horizontal wire for hanging. It is 15.75 x 9.75". The frame is 1 1/8" wide and the actual painting is 11 5/8 x 5". Very nice piece. Free shipping in the US.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
