This poor old bear was stuffed with wood wool (excelsior) and covered in a goldish mohair. He has button eyes and felt nose and paws. He has lost a lot of his hair, his joints are a bit loose and one of his paws has lost it's felt. Even after all he has been through the last 100+ years though, he is still adorable. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
