This is a 2007 Bradford Exchange limited presentation of Diana, The Peoples Princess, painted by Bill Chambers and James Griffin called "The Sparkle of Diana. It is a first issue plate and the number is A0255. It is 7.5" in diameter and has 2 poses of Diana on a background of navy blue. The scalloped edge of the plate is gilded with tiny dots of gold with rhinestones. It is in the original styrofoam box and Certificate of Authenticity that is sealed and has not been opened.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
