This is a lovely Whiting Davis bag that was really popular. It is made from their Alumesh which is an aluminum mesh with a plastic on top. I am seeing this bag being sold as having bakelite handles but it is not bakelite. It is plastic that is carved to look like bamboo. The matching handle is plastic chain links. This is in excellent condition and the top opens and closes easily and properly. The purse part is 9.25 x 10.25". The chain handle is 15" long. The inside is super clean & has an inside pocket. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
