Here is Shirley Temple with a 1930's front bang roll. She is wearing a pink crochet dress with matching booties. The back is held together with a large safety pin. She has sleepy eyes which work great but her legs, head and arms have become quite loose. Her wig has come unglued around the outside edge. Other than that she is looking pretty good! When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
