These are 2 vintage glass Santa ornaments that are hooked together but do not have to be. Both are wearing red with green mittens and the big one has a blue sack over his shoulder. The large one is 3 x 2" and the small one is 2 x 1". The large Santa has a scratch in the red on his sleeve, other than that they are in great condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
