This is a lovely vintage piece made from white opaque glass beads. It has a box clasp, where the metal piece fits into the round neck bead and then you squeeze to undo. One strand is 16.25" and the other 18" not counting the clasps. The white part covering the box clasp has been chipped on one side. Beaded with thick string and gold tone findings.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
