This book is missing the page which shows copyright but I was able to tell it is from the 30s as the last president listed is Roosevelt. I have been unable to find another handbook with this unique picture on it so I am considering it rare. If you know any information on it, I would appreciate it! It is 7 x 4.5 x 1". It is worn, there is tape on the spine, the pages are slightly yellow, there are a couple of scribbles in it, with a pen and a red crayon. There is a grease spot that goes through pages 14-21. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
