This is such a cute cello decanter and special because it has a music box in it and it plays Beethoven's Fifth. It was made in Japan in the 60s. Part of the cork has come off but still seals and it has no cracks, crazing or flea bites. It is 12.25" tall and the base is 5 x 3 1/8". When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
