Here are 2 of the three wise men, or stars. This is Shou who represents Longevity and Fu that represents Fortune. We are missing Lu (Prosperity). There are no marks on the bottom other than the mold numbers 13 and 16 respectively. They are 6" tall and their bases are 2 x 1.5". They are in really good condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. Fu seems like he has lost a little of his shininess, especially on his coat. These are really old, probably from around the turn of the 19th century before marks were required.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
