This pattern can serve 2 purposes- to make a centennial dress or an everyday dress. It is a size 12 but can be altered to an 8-20. You have to remember though that sizes are different than then and you should go by the measurements. A size 12 back then was a 34 bust and a 25 1/2" waist with 34 hips. It is unused and has a lot of pieces, including the bonnet pattern.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
