It is in a silver frame and on the back has the name of the poem and "Raulos Picture Frame Co. The picture has bright greens, blues and oranges. It is 7.75 x 5.75" and the inside of the frame is 6.75 x 4.75".

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
