This purse is beaded in swirly patterns of tiny white and gold beads. It is not signed by a maker but is very well made. It is 5" tall and 8" wide. It's handle is 11" long and one side is broken. The hardware is still there but the handle is no longer attached. The inside is ivory satin with a small pocket. The inside has a stain, which I have not tried to remove.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
