Published by the Literary Guild and printed by Country Life Press in 1939, this first edition book is a novel by Francis Hackett about Queen Anne Bolelyn, one of the wives of Henry VIII. It is a historical novel with embellishments such as Anne's mother who nothing is known about but the author made her a character. The epilogue explains this and was written in Denmark August 1939 by the author.
It has It has 486 pages, is hardback with blue cloth, which has faded, and is 8 5/16 x 5 3/4 x 1 3/4". It has deckled pages and is in really good condition.
