More "lost family" photos. The one with the dark mat of the little child with a clock is marked Cassius Charles Clark on the back. The other is not marked. The dark one is 6 x 4.5" and the opening with the picture is 4 1/8 x 2 7/8". It is marked Hartsook with many CA areas. The other one is in a folder which is 9.5 x 5 7/8" when closed. The pic inside is 7 3/8 x 4".

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
