Haven't been able to find anything like this Friar! He is really cute with his keys on his belt and his stein. Underneath is a ceramic ball attached to wire to be a bell inside. He is 11" tall and the bottom is 3.75" in diameter. He has some brown on his hands that happened during the making process, it is there forever. He has a tiny flea bite on the back of this robe hood but other than that in perfect condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
