Here's what it says: "I think I have been a very unfaithful ? this week, I haven't written you a letter, I couldn't begin to write a letter, I have so much to tell, several things to make you laugh and several that make me feel like crying but I am not going to cry. I did not ? to forgive today, I will explain later. Lovey, I hope you didn't take to heart what I said about several of the girls aggravating me so all the time for I didn't mean you, am always glad to talk to you. Two things have been told me that surprised me very much. I wish people would tell me things instead of telling them to others to tell me. You would never guess what I ? When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
