It has a white border around the edge. It is on shiny paper. It is by Annie Benson Muller who was an impressionist and painted mostly babies. She was born in 1879.Theree is There is a tear in the bottom of the picture. It also says "The diplomat" on the bottom which I believe is the title of this painting.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
