It has REM on the cover and features Beirut Hostages, Chuck Berry, Purple Rain, Fleetwood Mac, Bruce Springsteen and much more. It has 95 pages and is 12 x 10". It's in great shape, worn a bit at the staples but no writing, rips, tears, missing pages or dog ears.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
