This is a plum pebble leather satchel with a outside flap that is 8.5 x 5", almost a purse in itself. The rest of the bag is 12" x 4". It has a red interior with 2 large sections and 2 large pockets on the inside. It has an attached cord to hook your keys on, 2 u shaped handles and 4 leather tassles. This purse is in really great shape except the tassles have curled a little. There are no scuffs or stains, the seams are all intact and the inside looks unused. This purse retails for $336 new.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
