These are a set of lovely large salt and pepper shakers, the kind you use in the kitchen, not the table. They were made in Japan and contrary to some sellers claiming they are from the 50s, they are actually from the 1930s. They have intact cork stoppers that are in great condition. Decorated with shamrocks, and a raised dot design on the corners, they are super cute but not Japan's normal great paint job. These were made in a hurry as some of the shamrocks look like dots, lol. They are yellow and green with brown vines. I also have the matching canister set if you are interested. Unlike the canisters, there is no browning on them except a spot on the top of the pepper shaker. These are very rare.
