So this is a must for a farmhouse or country kitchen. It is a black and white enameled dipper. It does not have a spout. The dipper is 4" in diameter and 2.25" deep. It has a black handle with a hole for hanging and is 9" long. In addition to the hole, the end is also bent over so it could hang on something that way as well. There is a little rust where the handle meets the dipper but no other spots. A sturdy, necessary kitchen tool that will last forever.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
