So this is a crazy one. There are a bunch of seed beads in various colors that are size 12, 13 and 14 (tiny, tiny). In addition, there is a chain of pinck and white beads, some connectors that make a necklace that is more than one strand. There are also some other bags enclosed - a bag of about 10 charms, a bag of root beer glass bugles, a bag of gunmetal and purple large holed beads (all glass), root beer size 14 seed beads and dark green size 14 seed beads. If you don't mind laying out all the colors at once, this bag is for you!

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
