This is a little bundle of shell beads and chips which have been dyed, The round ones are 10mm and the hole goes through the center of the bead so the holes are on the outside edge. The chips are small and the holes are randomly around the center. They are all very pretty, very shiny and light reflecting. There are also some tiny 2mm green beads in there, There are about 15 of the round ones in the bag.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
