Here is an unusual plate stand - it has a plain domed foot and the top is a gem and arch pattern. It is 10" in diameter and stands 5" tall. The foot is 4.5" in diameter. It has a pretty pointed scalloped edge. It is very nice and 140 years old! Meant to be loved! There are some scratches on the top but no dulling, no nicks or flea bites. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
