This first pair are gold with tiny green crystals around the edge of a filagree piece. They hang down 2.75" from the ear wire and are 1.75" across. They are prettier than my photograph. The other pair has 2 glass matte orange beads followed by 3 silver 15.00chains of differing sizes. This pair hangs down 3.5" from the silver ear wire.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
