This Donald is so cute, he is made of wood and made in Taiwan. Has his disney Sticker on the back of his head. when you hang him on your tree, the heart will be sitting on the branch while Donald Duck hangs down. He is 4" tall not counting the ribbon and heart. The heart is 1.5" and the ribbon is 2.5". It's in great condition but the ribbon has a knot in it.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
