This is a no name piece of jewelry. It is a leaf broach that has a polished center and the surrounding gold is brushed. It is gold plated, not gold. Costume jewelry. The leaf is 1.75 x 1". It's very shiny and in good condition. The pin back is catty corner and the clasp is at the bottom part of the leaf. Nice gift for someone who loves the tropics.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
