G. Hall is the artist, not a famous one but the one who drew this house. The frame is 21 x 17". It is black with gold piping on the inside. The mat is a cinnamon color and the inset is 11 x 12.5. Very nice drawing. Please look close at the picture before purchasing. It has a wire hanger on back, was professionally framed.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
