This necklace made by moi, is a painting of Robert Burns that was part of a souvenir spoon from Ireland. Robert Burns is the Irish Poet so loved by his country and many of us Americans. The pendant is made from "pot metal" meaning it has several alloys melted together and poured in molds. The pendant is 1 1/4 x 7/8". The chain is 21" with 2" of the chain as adjustable. It has a heart lobster clasp. The chain and clasp are silver plated. Makes a really great gift.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
