Cream & Red Enamelware Double Boiler

$24.00

Shipping to United States: $11.85

Cute little quart size double boiler. If you don't know what that is, it is for melting chocolate, custard, or a recipe that needs heat but not direct heat from the stove. you put water in the bottom pot and the other in the top pot and it cooks from the heat of the boiling water.
This set is from the 30s and the bottom pot is 6.25" in diameter and 4.5" tall. It has some missing enamel around the rim and one spot on the bottom inside and one on the bottom outside. The top pot is 5.5" in diameter and 4" tall. It has a spot of missing enamel on the rim and by the handle, one spot on the inside and 2 spots on the bottom. It has a lid and both have red handles with a hole for hanging. There are no makers marks on them so I cannot tell where they were made. Some enamelware was made by other countries who used lead in the manufacturing process, so I would not cook with them unless you have an understanding that they were made in the US.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.

I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

How much is a custom mermaid?

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

No.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do!
