This set is from around the10s or 20s, includes a pot with a handle, 2 small plates, a bowl and a soup cup. It is in the drippy gray color- cast iron fused with a glass made enamel. The pot is an unusual shape, rounded sides with a 1" lip that splays out. It has a handle. The pot is 8.75" in diameter on the top, the bottom is 5.5". It is 5" tall. It has rusty areas all around, please look at pics closely. The plates are like little pie tins, they are 6" in diameter and 1" tall. One of them has enamel missing on the top, the other is fully enameled. The bowl is 6.5" in diameter and 2.25" tall and has all its enamel. The cup is 5" in diameter, 2" tall and has a handle. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
