Looks like this crock is ceramic but it is actually plastic! It was made in San Francisco in the 70s. The inside is white plastic. The handle and sealer is metal. Inside was a package of starter and a recipe paper printed front and back. It appears to have never been used. I threw away the starter as I am sure it is no longer good and old yeast wont work anyway. The crock is 5.5" tall and 3.5" in diameter.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
