So this is so cute! The pendant is made from a silver plated souvenir spoon that featured the Banyan Tree and it says around it, "Banyan Tree Lahaina Hawaii". It hanges from a chain with oval rings and a large heart clasp. With the size of the rings, you can make this chain as long or as short as you desire. The chain, not counting the clasp is 18". The pendant is 1.25 x .75". On the bottom of the pendant, you can see some copper showing through where I had to file off some silver to smooth it. The back looks as pretty as the front with a raised flower so if it turns around its no big deal.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
