This is a large pan, or bowl made of cast iron and porcelain known as enamelware. It is gray dot as opposed to gray drippy. It is 13.25" in diameter and 2.75" deep. It has missing enamel and rust throughout and no makers mark so I wouldn't use this with food. It could be a bird bath, a basin, a planter or just for decor.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
