So when I first saw this, I thought it was vintage but then saw the bar code and realized it was a replica but that's ok- its from the 90s so still vintage. And at least this one works! The vintage ones would be iffy. In fact, I don't think this one has been taken out of the box at all. Everything including the box looks new. It is an 8" star with a gold foil center surrounded by gold tinsel and has red lights inside clear settings. It SO reminds me of my Nanny. LOL. She loved gaudy Christmas.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
