I have listened to it and there are no skips or drags. Yay! The edges of the cardboard album have come unglued though which I am going to fix for you. It has all the favorite songs by Dick Van Dyke (oh by the way, if you love him, look up Dick Van Dyke and Chris from Coldplay on you tube. So beautiful!) and Julie Andrews. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
