Puss n Boots is an adorable little Baps doll made in Germany by Edith Von Arps. I know that he was made before 1946 because the 1946 version has embroidered green eyes. This one has sequins for eyes which were used prior.
One problem with him is that he is missing his sword with the green handle and another is that his sleeves have come unsewn a little at the shoulders in the back. His boots, tail and body are in great shape. The white was probably whiter when he was new.
He is 4" tall. Highly collectible (there is a Facebook page for Baps Dolls if you want to see more!) and I can see why, he is absolutely adorable.
I had several baps dolls but only 2 remain. Get them while you can!

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
