This "Pocket Guide to the Shakesperian Properties" by Dr. Levi Fox 1974. Features Shakespears birthplace and all the info about it as well as New Place, Nashes House, Anne Hathaways cottage and much more. Includes pics and information about the interiors, furniture etc.
The glue on the inside of the spine as all but disappeared so the half of the book has loose pages. Simply added glue and letting it set would fix it, but I will leave that to the buyer. Other than that it is in excellent vintage condition, no dog ears, writing marks, the cover looks new. I have seen this book for sale for $73, some less because they do not have this particular cover. I am selling it for much less due to the loose pages.
The pages are not numbered and I am not about to count them, I would guess about 70. It is 5.5" X 4.75" pages are .25".

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
