I just LOVE this souvenir from the Alligator Farm! It's really hard to give it up!
The Los Angeles California Alligator Farm opened in Lincoln Hights in 1907. It had over 1000's alligators and other reptiles. The brochure says they lived to be 500 years old, but in reality, alligators live about 50 years. Kids could ride them, hold the baby ones and feed them. The 20 pictures are amazing! There is one with a little girl sitting on the grass by about 30 of them! I can't imagine parents letting that happen and how they didn't have more "accidents". There is other pictures of kids riding them with reins. A picture of them tearing meat apart by rolling their bodies. The farm moved to Buena Park across from Knotts Berry Farm in 1953 and closed in 1984.
The pictures are black and whites that have been hand colored and I just love the way they look. closed up the folder is 4 1/4 X 3 1/8". It has not been written on, there are no tears, or rips. It is in excellent vintage condition. And I haven't found another like it.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
