This little primer, first copyrighted in 1891, is similar to the 1960s Dick and Jane books, but these are written as children's lives were back then with Victorian Era illustrations. The words it starts with are Mamma, baby and see. It progressively adds more words, in the middle of the book it gets to "Are you going to feed the cow, John?" In the back is a list of words and a guide to pronunciation.
It has 102 pages and is 7.25 X 5.5". The cover is hard covered in a maroon linen with gorgeous embossed designs in black. The edges of the cover are worn and the inside is somewhat yellowed but is good paper that is holding up well. The corners and edges are worn and there are edge rips on some pages. There is a persons name written in pencil on the inside cover.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
