Gosh I love this plate! The painting on it is so unique, it is done in a gray and white gris, with some color added in here and there, making it have a fogginess to the painting. (where I live in the Central Valley of California, grapes and fog are a normal sight!!) It was made between 1889 and 1918 by Oscar and Edgar Gutherz Royal Austria China. It has a thick gilded edge and is 8.75" in diameter. It is in very good antique condition, looking at it from the side, you can see the dots on the front where they were on holders in the kiln and the edges have no gilding worn, just a few tiny scratches.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
