This is a beautiful little cup and saucer, RCS18 by Royal Castle. It is bone china, has pink, yellow and blue flowers with gold scrollwork over a black design. It is gilded on the edges and has no flaws.
The saucer is 5 5/8" diameter, the cup is footed, 2 1/8" tall and the top is 3 7/8 in diameter which is scalloped around. I am honestly not sure of the age of this one.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
