This is a lobby card that you would get at the movies. This one is circa 1925 and features these two silent film actors, Billy Dooley and Vera Steadman. They made lots of movies about the Navy, so I am unsure what movie it is from.
Under their names it says "Christie Comedies". The back is blank.
It is 5 5/16 x 3 5/16". It is cardboard. The edges are a little worn, the upper left corner has a little damage and there is a tiny hole at the top where it has been thumbtacked and there is a slight crease in the bottom half.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
