This book, published in 1940 is part of a set of The Kittredge Shakespeares. This one is the First Part of King Henry the Fourth. It was edited and notated by George Lyman Kittredge, Professor of English Literature at Harvard who died in 1941.
This book has a soft color, more green than the picture suggests and has 194 pages. It is 6.25 x 4.5". There is some underlining in the book, done with an orange highlighter but the pages have no dog ears, are only slightly yellowed.
According to the Preface, the play is in it's entirety and in original form.

I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
