This young lady is dressed in Steampunk gear, from her tiny top hat with feather, to her lace dress bottom and arm gauntlets. She has icy gray hair and a thick leather belt. Her bra is green and secured in the middle with more leather. (Not real leather, painted to look like leather)
She is 8.5" tall and hangs from the top of her head. She can hang indoors or outdoors on a patio. She is very sturdy but will break if dropped on a hard floor.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
