This is a set of 6 Japanese sake cups with the matching fluted bowl and one saucer. These were cheaply made for Woolworths in the 1930s and are made of very thin bone china. They have beautiful geishas with parasols and mountain scenery but I believe they were transfers of the design and then color added very quickly. The top of the bowl is not even cut very straight but regardless, they are what our grandmothers could afford back in the day. The main color is rust. There is some random gilding.
The bowl is 3 footed and stands 2.75" high and is 5.75" in diameter. the cups are also 3 footed and stand 1.25" high and are 2.75" in diameter.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
