The great thing about this plate is I am unable to find another like it on any other site! It was made in Germany for JW Gould News Services. Gould was a railroad developer and then started this News Service.
The picture is the steamer Yale passing Mile Rock Light House in San Francisco, where the 1915 Expo took place.
It is 7" in diameter and has gilding around the edge which is partly worn off. It also has a dark circle in the center which is really a shadow made from the lip from the back of the plate. It is bone china. There are no chips, cracks or crazing.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
