This is a lovely little collectible put out by the Hamilton Collection. It is entitled "Parisian Potato Sacks from the Loving Lucy plate Collection and was made by Morgan in 1998. It was a 28 day firing limited edition and the plate number is 0312A. It is heart shaped and has holes in the backside rim for easy hanging. The painting is adorable with Lucy and Ethel standing outside Cafe Le Plaisir in their potato sack couture.
It is 6" x 6".

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
