This is a lone serving spoon, manufactured by R B & A. I have no idea what the year is or the pattern. Seems to be an elusive brand. This one has been well loved, appears to be a serving spoon but has the edge like a jelly spoon. It has pits in the bowl and is monogrammed AD. The center of the spoon has an interesting design which looks like an M.
It is 8" long, is silver plate. Is nice to have big serving spoons during dinners, even if they don't match. Can also be used to make jewelry or stamp the name of your herb/plant and poke it in the ground for a classy way to identify your crops!

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
